from the fovernor, Hongkong, to His Majesty's Ambassador,Tokio,
dated 2nd. November, 1908.
Regret to inform you that riot broken out today in connection
with boycott; no effort will be spared to prevent further
disturbance; matter heing investigated; convicted ringleaders
will be punished severely.
